Waste of money and resources. Plus, pot could be a huge cash crop, generating jobs and tax revenue, too.

Unfair. Especially when those larger entities (banks) screw over their customers or use the bailout to pay executive bonuses.

    Um... what?

    >>let's talk about the complete and total withdrawal of US military from global 'hot zones'----- immediately, not this out by the year(fill in the blanks ) based on incremental retraction.<<

Immediate? I prefer it to be well thought out as possible so as to avoid replicating conditions that lead to the wars to begin with. But in general, yes, I'd like to see us play "world police" a whole lot less than the neocons did.

Libertarians can't seem to craft a cohesive message. I'm not saying they don't have some nice ideas, it's just that they have a problem being concise at times. They ramble a bit.

In the 60 Minutes piece I saw Evan Bayh was interviewed. He basically said when the Democrats or Republicans meet together on their own at a luncheon or breakfast, if you even break one inch from the party you're pretty much railroaded and pressured to tow the party line.

Oh, how I wish that was true! Wealthy white people will still make plenty of money on the backs of those of us who're minorities.

It's fairly early in this epic (and lengthy) clip:

Republicans have a hard time with facts. That happens when your news sources are Fox, Drudge & Rush. What's sad is that the GOP leadership hasn't noticed the problem.
