So, if all the other parks accross the country are seeing declines, but Disneyland is at the very least, stabilized, that really does say something about Disneyland pulling focus away from Walt Disney World at this point.

The Year of a Million Dreams will keep on going though, and the decorations will be changed to reflect that, because now having the two together is just further muddling the campaing, and it's hard enough to convey to guests as it is!
