    I bought cheesecake yesterday for my Dads birthday and Im glad I got that over with cuz today my diet starts! (for real!) Im in a contest with my aunt and mother too! Money is up for grabs for the one who loses the most. Money is a good motivation right now cuz im broke lol.

    So I will have to do my best to avoid my weakness, which is probably fast food in general. I love burgers and fries! Even the fast food salads arent that healthy!! (except for the fruit and walnut salads, without the walnuts!!!)

    Blazes, that's a great idea. My sisters and I had a Dieting Challenge last year and the prize was a massage voucher. I won :) It was a GREAT motivator!
