Yes, X, it is interesting to see what other cultures eat, especially when it's stuff that we usually think of as garbage. LOL. Ick. The old native women would just LOVE it when we brought them the fish guts and chopped off heads and fins. I'm thinking it's got to be an aquired taste. My aunt always made us eat 3 bites of every food she prepared except she never tried to make me eat the morel mushrooms (which are really good-if you like mushrooms). She also never tried to force me to eat the seagull egg pie. I think she just knew that I'd put up a huge fight. It was fun watching her blow the egg yolks out of the shells though. Her cheeks all filled with air and her eyes bugging out of her head. That's some great entertainment for an Alaskan Saturday night. LOL
